Typical roundtrip repair costs are under $125 depending on your shipping option.

Note! This is not for product warranty claims/repairs. All product warranty claims must be handled directly with McAfee.

Free Diagnostics

If we cannot repair a unit, we will not charge any diagnostic fee. You must pay for shipping to/from our facility. We "green" recycle any non repairable units that customers do not want returned at no additional charge.

RMA Needed

Please call or email us before sending unit. Units received without an RMA will be refused.
